Where do you ship from?
We ship from Melbourne, Australia. Some books may be printed and shipped from our print partners in Australia, the US, the UK, or Europe (whichever is closest to you!) to help reduce wait times.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are packed and prepared within 2–4 business days. If your book is printed on demand, please allow an additional 3–7 business days for printing. Delivery time depends on your location and postal service.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $50.
My order contains multiple books. Why did they arrive separately?
If your books are coming from different print or warehouse partners, they may ship in separate parcels. Don’t worry, the rest of your order is on the way!
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you don’t receive tracking after 7 business days, please contact us at customers@honka-and-baby.com.
What if my order is lost or arrives damaged?
We’ll help you sort it out! Reach out to us at customers@honka-and-baby.com with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information.
