How We Ship

Hello! Thanks so much for supporting our books. We ship from Melbourne, Australia, using Australia Post for most orders. Some of our books are printed on demand through IngramSpark, which means your book is printed especially for you when you order it. It's a bit like fresh bread, but for stories!

Processing Time

We carefully pack and prepare orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). If your book is printed on demand, please allow 3–7 additional business days for printing.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

📦 Within Australia

  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $30
  • Orders under $50 are calculated at checkout
  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days
  • Express options are available at checkout (typically 1–4 business days)

🌏 International Orders

We ship worldwide! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on local postal services.

Please note: Import duties or customs fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Print-on-Demand Orders

If your book is printed on demand, it may ship directly from one of our printing partners in Australia, the US, the UK, or Europe. This often means faster delivery for international orders — yay!

These books may arrive separately if your order includes multiple items.

Tracking

We provide tracking whenever available. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If something goes wrong, don’t worry — we’ve got your back. Send us an email at customers@honka-and-baby.com with:

  • Your name and order number
  • Tracking info (if you have it)
  • Photos if your book arrived damaged

We’ll work with Australia Post or our print partners to sort things out as quickly as possible.

Double‑Check Your Address

Before checking out, please make sure your shipping details are correct. We can’t take responsibility for orders sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly.
