Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you would like to return or exchange a product, please email contact me here with your order number and reason for returning and we will discuss your options.

Unfortunately, due to being a small business, return postage costs are incurred by the customer 

Once a return has been agreed and received you will be refunded within 5 days.

Please note that personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
